Vassiliki Tzanakou Bio Techno-Logia
Vassiliki Tzanakou is a Phd candidate in Art Theory and History of Art at the Athens School of Fine Arts. She holds an MA in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, where she focused her research on the avant-garde scenes of Latin America and Eastern Europe, an MA in Political Communications from Goldsmiths College, UoL, and a BA in Political Science & Public Administration from the University of Athens, where she also worked as a researcher at the Laboratory of Political Communications. Vassiliki is the founder and director of ARTinTRA (artintra.net), a curatorial platform and art consultancy. For over a decade, she has worked with the greatest artistic talents and has overseen projects that span the art world, including curating visionary and inspirational art projects in Greece, the UK and internationally, and consulting cultural institutions. Prior to founding ARTinTRA, she worked amongst the National Gallery’s Governance team. Vassiliki is committed to the Gallery Climate Coalition initiative, which is actively trying to limit our environmental impact and carbon footprint.
