Fastwalkers (2021) is (probably) the first AI-created comic book.

“Fastwalkers”, initially presented in its digital version at @ZERO ONE in Jerusalem (November 2021) is now also available in print in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal and Greece.

Before the advent of Midjourney, Dalle2 and LSD, Fastwalkers is the first synthetic comic book co-created with emerging AI were text, image and multimodal correlation are generated by custom-specific, in-house trained models on Hentai imagery.

Fastwalkers is a nonlinear meditation on deep learning that celebrates the unexpected poetics of generative computing and explores its potential to form new reader sensibilities.
